Software Bug

Dear Software company,

There is a bug in my software. I installed it in my new Mac book laptop as  expected but the results are annoying. The program automatically shuts down when I'm in the middle of something. I can't blame the hardware of my computer since it is still new. You guys also indicated the software requirements a computer should meet on your website. My computer passed that test.

I've been trying to get in touch with you guys but no one responded to my mails.

I'm kindly requesting for your assistance.
