Guiding & Counseling Office

Life can at times be unfair. When you suddenly become an over-thinker, people relate that to a mental disorder. Those close to you recommend therapy sessions. This because of how you’ve been acting lately. Anxiety, unsocial nature and lack of sleep characterize all you’ve been going through.
May be you don’t need a therapist; may be it’s just them who are acting like they care so much about what goes on in your life. You’ve been through this before. You know how to cope up with stress. All you need is sometime alone.
The moment you step into the guiding and counseling office,
your mind is obliged to listen and follow what the therapist is saying. He is not 100% right. He doesn’t know you well. He pretends to know all that you are going through. He is a secret enemy.
Your friends on the other side are also psychos in their own world. The stick to the masses and would do anything for fame. Your introvert nature makes you different from them. Your thinking capacity is way too high than theirs. They might be jealous of your problem solving skills which you systematically learned while you were in solitude. The smile on their faces covers a lot of negative things about them. The shy look on your face represents your humble nature.
At this point, your mind is made up, whether or not to visit the therapist. You’ve made a rational decision. You are now aware of the consequences of pressure-driven actions. You deserve the best. Choose what is best for your life.
Good luck in your endeavors.
